So I ordered two combination plates; one with ribs and pulled pork with fries and baked beans this evening. When I get home and begin eating my meal, I first noticed that the amount of pulled pork was smaller than usual. Disappointed, I shrugged it off and continue to consume one spoon of the beans and some of the fries. Ok so far. I made a sandwich with the pulled pork and took one bite.
I was very disappointed when I got to the ribs!
It was a burnt rib tip that looked and tasted like it was a week old!
So I called and explained it to the lady that answered the phone. She said to bring it back and they would replace it. I explained that I had started to eat some of it and she said to still bring it back and they would replace it.
When I got there the manager, Nick, gave me a hard time. He agreed the ribs should not have been sold in that condition, but argued that he was only replacing the ribs. I got so pissed and told him even the pork was not the right amount. He reluctantly decided to redo the order. I'm almost a senior citizen and would never try to get anything I don't deserve.
In the past when Danny worked there, I always got better food and better service and if there was a problem he handled it much more gracefully.
I'm sorry, but I can no longer see my self going back to this restaurant in the future. At least I will not take chances on the ribs or service until management changes how they treat customers that bring quality control issues to their attention. Thanks Nick; but no thanks on future orders,

the giant potatoes are hardly ever fresh! potatoes have been warm over several times! the meats are not chopped! very little meat ! not worth the price at all!!! long drive thru wait! behind the building i might add! could be very dangerous!!!

we called before we went to be sure they had beef ribs because we live 50 miles away. We were told that they did have beef ribs and when we got there we were told they did not have beef robs. We ordered pulled beef sandwiches and baked potatoes. The beef sandwiches were full of fat and there were large chunks of meat in the sandwiches. Because we could not eat the sandwiches, ends up we paid $20. for two baked potatoes. needless to say we will never go back there
