Luxury Nails

I only go here for my nails! Been going for 5 years. The owner is always nice and professional. Great prices and work is just the best in west TN!!!! Places to NOT go? Happy Nails! Hell no.

I was told about this place by a woman at work. Her nails always look great. I went and initially had a great experience. I have become displeased mainly because I find the owner (who routinely does my nails) to be mean and phony. She speaks and understands perfect English but insists on saying my name wrong. Today she had my debit card in her hand and had to scan it twice and still said my name wrong. This is purposeful behavior. Further, I think they're overpriced. Lastly, I wear acrylic over my natural nails and the owner has on the last two occasions pried the old acrylic off instead of letting it soak first. I just get the the feeling that she just doesn't care and that's not the type of place I want to go to spend my money. I get my nails done faithfully so it's not like I've gone once or twice and now I'm complaining. I've been enough times to know that it's time to go somewhere else. There's a recession going on and people are lining up to provide services to earn what little discretionary cash people do have. My mom always told me "When you're spending your money get what you want and be satisfied." Based on my experience with Luxur nails, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't think I'm alone in my decision. The last several times I've been it hasn't been packed. In fact, it's been the opposite.
