Care Pet Hospital and Resort

WHAT EVER YOU DO NOT WANT TO YOUSE THIS PLACE! This place is call PET CARE HOSPITAL they will not give me my kitten back if I don't pay in full amount. I took my grey kitten to pet care hospital because he wasn't eating right. they told us that the payment would be only about 100.00 to 300.00 dollars so we thought that was reasonable the next day we called and checked on him to see how he was doing and they said he swolled something and they treated him and they said they we went a head and treated him for a bacterial infection . and I was like OK? they also said he had gone ahead and treated him for that. a few days went by and I had came down with the terrible flu and stomach flu so I was out of work for a week or two and had not charged my phone at all they had called a few times and left messages like "hi this is care pet and we are calling about jay the grey kitten you left with us if you could please call us back at ###". so I called them back and they told us our bill was now $800.00 and I had told them that I had gotten sick and hadn't ben able to go to work for a while and at that point I was getting better and so I was planning on going to work the next day and getting my check from the week before I got sick and I told them that I would pick him up at 4:00 after I got off of work but when I got to work my boss wasn't able to give me my check so I wasn't able to pay the bill so I called them and told them and they said they under stand. so at that point I didn't have my little baby jay and was barely thriving with bills. a couple days later I called agin and talked to them and now they started getting rude with me and threating me to send him to the humain socity and told me if they were to do that I would have to deal with them and pay full amount at the human socity so I was like noo please don't do that I will try to come up with the money and then I asked if I could pay 200.00 up frount and bring the kitten home and then every week after that mail in a check or drop off a check of 200.00 a week till the balance was payed in full they said I will ask. a day or two later I called back and still no answer. and then finnaly today 10/22/15 I called they said my bill is now 1500.00 and I asked how did that happen they said we ran ex rays, blood labs, gave him fluids , medican , and bording is 15.00 a day so I said no I didn't ask for any of them things to be done and you guys never told me you were doing that to him I also said that I told you guys I was low on money that is why I asked for the price up frount before I even let you do a EXAM on him and I also said and I never gave you guys permission to do any of them things and now they will not let us pay a little each week and will not let us have our cat. on top of not letting me pay in small amounts they are threatning us by saying we will send him to a shelter whair they told me they will potentially euthanize him. I don't think this is legal or morally right to hold some ones pet hostage because they cant pay in full amount. and at the time that I had taken him I had the 300.00 to pay. I have 5 kids who are devastated and wondering why mommy cant go and pick up their baby kitten that they recue from the bushes at only a week or two of age and bottle feed him. it is so hard to see my kids cry over their little play mate who is now about two months old last time they saw him he was only one month old. please do not use these people!!!!!! their prices are un fair and the are very rude
