Avoid at all costs. They purchased the condo we were renting and we only paid one months rent. A partial deposit was returned to us. They did not allow us to be present for the inspection and we have requested to see a copy of the inspection report for 2 months now with no reply from Tammy. She claims it was sent certified mail but there has been nothing.

They continue to ignore my phone calls and emails. Would give 0 stars if an option.

I had Signature Realty and Management handle my rental unit in Jacksonville FL for 10 years. It was an absolutely horrible experience, when I visited the rental unit after they rented it out, it made me puke, literally. This is a horrible management company, find a better one, I wish I did. it cost me $13,000 to repair the damage they never saw. No inspections, no oversight of your property, literally the worst service I've seen as a property owner. I would never go back to them as an owner or a renter!

This property management company is horribly unprofessional, they will not take care of your rental as a property owner and they won't take care of your home as a renter. We rented a house through them and the house had not been cleaned upon move in and they decided to just make the house being dirty part of the walk through, there are holes in every wall, the cabinets are literally falling apart, the air conditioning doesn't work, the yard is nothing but dirt and weeds and dead trees, the fence is falling down, there is water damage to the ceiling and roof, every screen in every window is torn, etc, and the property manager and the company will not work on the house. If you rent your home out through them my best guess is you are garbage just like this company and their employees.

They picked the worse tenant ever, my house was destroyed. Cost me thousands to repair and they didn't even perform an inspection like agreed upon, not once in four years...not a good company to trust your investment with.

They took advantage of us. They would do anything to get us signed the lease. They made promises they would care of things (damages) in the house. As soon as I signed the lease. They told me TOO BAD!! Not their problem! THey dont care! Im paying 1600 a month for this house. STAIN CARPETS,BROKE WINDOWS, CRACK TILES,NO DOOR SCREEN, WALLS WERENT PAINTED. ALL DIRTY WALLS! They told me it would be taken care of before we move in. When we moved in, the house wasnt cleaned. VERY DIRTY, More damages when person moved out! It has been few months now, they told me not their problem because I signed the lease so I am stuck paying 1600 for this house. I feel helpless. I feel like they took advantage of me because I am deaf. I tried to talk to Broker. His name is Brian. He was mean to me on the phone and hung up on me. He cussed me out. He isnt professional at all! He insulted me. He did make ugly comments.
