City Wide Engineering

I received a notice of violation because of neighbor who called up the city on me. I contacted this company after learning of their credentials of big overseas projects. The engineer Asit visited my home to verify all conditions and was very knowledgeable about all codes. His assistant was extremely helpful and professional as well. They got my approval in a couple months and then they closed out violations shortly after. I know dealing with multiple step procedures can take some time but the end results were fantastic. I recommend this company and give 5 stars. Thanks Asit

I found this company after years of seeing their signs around. I wanted to extend my home so needed an Architect/Engineer to draw up plans. They worked diligently with DOB to obtain approval and the CO was issued after the work was completed.

I received a building violation and was referred this company by my co-worker. I hired them to file plans to city and assist with violations. They appeared to court a few times, got the approval, and closed out the work as promised. Found no issues with service. Some steps do take a while with NYC but you will get over it soon. Good luck.

I would give him no stars, but I have to give him one just to publish this. I waited over 8 months to have my "plans" approved so that inspections can take place. Each time I axed him, he sez, I am working on it, but no, he didn't. My checks were never cashed in by the buildings deparment. He is not an engineer. It is not ethical for a non-engineer to own an engineering firm or business.

PLESE BEWARE, this business is a scam. They will take your money and produce no results. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY. We have been trying to get our violations removed for work without permit. After months of running in circles they made "plans". These plans were useless and NO inspector in their right mind would approve them. This company is incompetent, untrustworthy, dishonest, and they are a leech to society. We are were trying to get them to have adjustments to these plans, and file for corrections, and simply this has been going on for almost a year. They keep saying come next week to pick up your plans, and guess what, every time they are not there. I have checked online, and they haven't even filed for corrections, so they are outright lying. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY. They should be shut down.

I retained this firm after I was refered by my co-worker. I needed an Architect or Engineer to file plans to the city. I was provided a professional opinion of my situation and how they can be of assistance. Within a few weeks, I had my approval from NYC without any red tape or complications. They agreed to one fee and went over and beyond but didn't charge anything extra. I am happy and will refer many more.

stop thieving money from customers .its good when a company actually does the work and presents it but when a company take a long time to so call say they did something .something is wrong
