Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been a customer of the Jasper, In. Farm Bureau Insurance since I began driving at 16. It was the company my parents got their insurance thru and I continued the tradition. As I aged I not only had cars insured there but also renter's insurance, then home owners insurance, then more cars, and even a boat. I was never late with a payment and in 15 years only had 2 claims( hail damage to a car and wind damage to my roof). You would think Farm Bureau would love customers like me. However, on both claims I was given the run around by my agent and was only given money to pay for the hail damaged car after the car dealership talked my insurance company into it. I was given nothing on the wind damaged roof even after 4 roofing companies said it was wind damage and should be covered by insurance. When I began looking into my insurance policies( or lack of ) my agent was no help and even told me I didn't have insurance on my boat( I have the policy papers ). I have had nothing but trouble from this company and would tell anyone who is looking for insurance to look someplace other than Farm Bureau in Jasper Indiana. Dealing with this company and agent, Kevin Bartley, has been awful. All I get is avoided, no return phone calls or emails, and treated like I am a waste of time. Trust me, save your money and time and go with any other insurance company.
