Valley National Gases

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Their service is deplorable. On two different occasions, they never showed up, and they never called. Last winter (2013-2014), when I called to request delivery, they wouldn't answer the office phone. Over the next 3 days I left 7 messages, and of course they NEVER called me back. Instead of using the truck with 150 foot hose (which they have), they repeatedly sent the truck with 100 foot hose and then proceeded to drive over my lawn (leaving deep ruts). Once they took the truck down my driveway ripping countless limbs off my tree as they drove. Some limbs (as big around as your arm) were left dangling from the tree. They have NO RESPECT for your property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
