They did a bait and switch on me ,I picked 2 beds both queen size , and of course when I call for delivery they are discontinued , so I call the store and (while I was in store Trish 1 of the managers told me all the beds come with an 2 inch space for the box springs , because I said mine keep falling through she said they won't with these) so I talked to Barb the sales person and she says they are exactly the same , but lighter in color, I said The color doesn't bother me as long as tgey have the 2 inchspread at bottom she says yes they are the same I said ok ... so what comes to be delivered something with 3 pin stands my beds shake its horrable , so I called the store and its 2 days and no one has called me back THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY ,AND TO GET RID OF THERE CRAP...

I shopped around Pittsburgh and could not find one thing I liked or could even afford. I went to Ashley's and liked almost everything there! They have an amazing selection and are extremely affordable. I got a beautiful couch and recliner for $700!! It only took about 14 days to get to the store and there were no issues. The salesmen here are so helpful and so nice. The guy that helped me pick which one I wanted is one of the sweetest guus I ever met. His name is Dave and he is an older guy. He was nice, honest, and personable which made my experience perfect.

My furniture is so comfortable, I am more than happy with it. Not only is it SOOO comfy but it looks nice as well. I plan on going back for any kind of furniture I need in the future even if I do have to drive over an hour to get there! Oh by the way my father got his furniture here about 6 years ago and it's still just as comfy as its always been and he had no issues either. We LOVE ASHLEY'S, especially the one I'm Johnstown.

We visited the Johnstown Ashley Furniture on a whim looking for a bookshelf for our daughter. They didn't carry a bookshelf to satisfy her but they did have a living room set that I just loved. I was not satisfied with the accent chair so Candice assisted me in finding a rocker recliner that was absolutely perfect. My mom who happened to be with us fell in love with it as well. Candice explained all our finance options and assisted with delivery (we are out of the area). Candice had a team of guys move the recliner over to the living set both to give me a visual on how the items looked together and to give my mom an extra chance to sit in the chair. How thoughtful!!! She was very kind and friendly and sent us off with such a positive experience. Next day my parents returned to purchase the chair. Calling for delivery they were told it was discontinued and none were available. Candice came to the rescue and obtained the floor model for them.

Service was very helpful and informative. Good selection available. All my questions and concerns were answered. I thought the financing available was good.

Average customer service, nice furniture...but they'll rip you off if they can. If somethings on sale, make sure you check what they're charging you in the computer.

Purchased 2 rooms of furniture and recieved cheap Chinese garbage. Pushy salespeople,Poor quality, damaged, uncomfortable. Called 5 times to request help until finally got some assistance. Still stuck with poor furniture thanks to the 30% restocking fee. Don't buy this junk.
