Mr. Electric

This company is horrible. They showed up the originally and on-time but didn't complete the job in the time they said they would. Said they would have to come back. Never called me to set up to date and time. I called set up a date with them and they never showed or called. Called them and they said the guy had to finish work on a site from prior day, but they would call me with an eta. Never called me so again I called them back and they said it took him longer than expected and he wouldn't make it. So we set up a time for the following week. Again no call no show. I called them and they tell me the guy scheduled for my job has the flu and will be out a couple days. I had already wasted 3 vacation days for them to finish a simple residential job. I told them not to worry about it that I would find somebody who could be trusted to actually come out and do the job. I don't know how you can stay in business treating customers this way.
