        Have used Firestone for tires and repairs for many years. Extremely disappointed in my last visit. Purchased two new tires requested that one of the old tires be put on the spare tire, because the spare was flat. I am a widow, on a small fixed income, one week later, my son noticed that the spare, in the truck, still had the flat tire on it. Called Firestone immediately and they said to come into the shop with paperwork and they would take care of it. Went to shop on the same day, sorry can't help you. Very disappointed ibn the answer. Why didn't you just say that on the phone instead of saying you would take care of it, had to travel 35 miles (one way) to hear that? You just lost business of myself and four sons, won't be recommending you anymore!
