I've dealt with them on multiple occasions and they are always: kind, polite, professional, caring about personal life situations, etc... Sure they are making money, it's a business; but they go so far beyond that that it blows my mind at times.
You can't go wrong with them. Make your payments on time, etc... If you hold up your end of the stick - you'll be fine.
The owner even gave me 20% off on a wedding ring set when the sale didn't start until the weekend was over. AMAZING!!
I tell ya, they're kind and compassionate here and they ACTUALLY CARE about you.
I forgot to make a payment one time on my loan for my guitar, they called me at home and told me, they didn't just swipe my guitar without warning (which they had full right to do).
They've TOTALLY won me over with their customer care and professionalism.

Give them a go, you won't be sorry as long as you pay your payments on time.
