They were rude when I called to make my appointment and the person on the phone obviously wanted to get the call done with. When I went in to get the physical I was scheduled for they only checked my pulse (by hand since their equipment wasn't working), my blood pressure, and my weight. The rest was questions regarding my history. Those physicals cost $200 but for what I got, I could have just checked that stuff at home by myself. I asked to get the full check up (since I am a female and wanted to make sure everything was okay). They told me that I can only get things checked out if I was "experiencing symptoms". This was very unnerving to hear considering physicals are meant as a preventative method to serious health conditions and if I am "experiencing symptoms" than it's obviously not for preventative care; that is just like going to a normal doctors office. If I cannot get a full physical how am I supposed to know that everything is okay? I obviously am not a doctor, I do not know all of the symptoms that can come with health conditions nor do you always experience symptoms to conditions. This was seriously an overpriced, poor- quality health center.
