Moyes Eye Center

I saw Dr. Warner. First he came in several times and interrupted my initial exam to talk about another patient in a very unprofessional way. Then when he examined me he completely dismissed the reason I was there and only wanted to talk about my need of glasses. He treated me in a very condescending way and acted as if I were somehow negligent by not having glasses already. Even though I explained to him that my vision problems were a very recent occurance and that my vision varied greatly on a day to day basis depending on how my eyes felt.
He acted like he could not get me out of the office fast enough.

I would not recommend that anyone see this doctor.

I started with Dr. Moyes after another eye doctor messed up one of my eyes on a cataract surgery. First the other doctor put in a wrong lens, they put one in for distance instead of for reading and since my job requires me to read fine print reports all day I needed to be able to read for long periods of time. The other doctor also told me that my other eye had a cataract and I got three different opions that it did not, but i chose a type of lens that works together with the other lens so I hopefully would not have to wear glasses. Since the other doctor had already put in the lens and had to do another surgery to put in the right lens I stopped the surgery on my other eye to get these opions. Thankfully I did.

Dr Moyes had to straighten out the mess the other doctor left me in and had to remove alot of scar tissue to change the lens again to a lens that was just for one eye.



He is an exceptional doctor and I now take my whole family to him.

I took my son for LASIK surgery consultation at Moyes Eye Center. Dr. Moyes was very rude to him, making a comment that I deemed very unprofessional. When I wrote to him telling him how upsetting the comment was, I only expected an apology. Instead I got a "form letter" telling me how concerned he was for my son's vision and how I

"misunderstood the conversation". I am a doctor also; I know what I heard. Do not go to Moyes Eye Center.
