Kira Sushi

We ordered 3 meals totaling over $50. The soups were not delivered with the meals. I called and quickly asked if we could get the two soups.



The male (manager?) handed the phone to a younger female, but he was angrily yelling at her to tell me, "She wanted 3 teas, but she didn't pay for 3 teas and she isn't getting them. We aren't giving her drinks for free!"



I explained that I did not say anything at all about teas. I just spent over $50 and was calling to see if I could pick up the soups that were not delivered. As the man continued to tell the girl what to tell me, he made up another ridiculous excuse about why I didn't get the soups I paid for. The girl told me not everybody really wants soup with their combos (even when they pay for them.)



End Result: No apology was made. Two soups were delivered to my home by a sweet, shy little boy (about 10 years old.) The extremely rude male manager hides behind women and children. I will continue to patronize Sushi Hana, Kurry Walah, Cedars Mediterranean, and Drix (other restaurants in that general area.) This was our second and final try with Kira Sushi. Katy has plenty of great restaurants. This is not one of them.
