Therrien Insurance Agency

I have been with Therrien for quite a few years now, and our home and auto insurance needs have changed a lot over that time. Joe VanDaalwyk is the agent who handles our policies, and he is right there for us to update our policy every time we buy or sell a car, and with us having 3 kids, he does that a LOT. The responsiveness is amazing!............same day updates in almost all cases. We’ve also had a few accidents over the years, and Therrien’s process of getting you through that is quick, and efficient. It’s never fun going through it, but Joe makes the information flow back and forth easy, and correct.
I have recommended Therrien Agency to many of my friends and family. We used to live near Kaukauna, but when we moved to the west side of Wisconsin, I kept my policies with Therrien for 2 reasons. First because of their high level of customer service. Second was pricing. Many times over the years, Joe has voluntarily made recommendations to me on how to keep prices down. It is comforting to me to know that Therrien doesn’t just collect premiums, but that they really do consider my needs and best interests.
