Safely the WORST pedicure I've ever had! The staff was very sweet, but the rest of the experience was seriously lacking. I was assured by the customer sitting next to me that I was "in for a treat". The coke was warm, the water my feet were in was cold. I opted for the "LUX" pedicure that was supposed to be the best they do and it was pittiful. No massage, and the paint looked like a 5 year old did it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

We recently moved back to the Keller area and I my previous nail salon had become quite expensive. I decided to read reviews and find a new salon for pedicures. This is my one luxury as a mother of five so I take this relaxing time pretty seriously. Lux nail was recommended on a couple of different sites.



1st visit - Good part was that it was less expensive for a spa type pedicure. It went downhill from there. The nail technician talked on her phone or to the girl next to her the entire time. They were discussing the night before at "The Club". The entire pedicure lasted about 30 minutes when the brochure said about 45 or so. The massage part was about 2 to 3 minutes total. Completely rushed it, not even remotely relaxing.



2nd visit - Yes I believe in 2nd chances. I figured it was fairly crowded on my previous visit so others must find this place good. Also thought maybe I just had a bad technician would give it a second try since location and price are good. Different technician - same exact result. Actually only massaged one foot/leg, completely neglected the other. Rushed through everything, not a good foot massage at all. So disappointed. Also asked for special attention on dry heels, really didn't look or feel much different when I left. Do not waste your time/money here. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for almost 4 years now I love this place Tammy is so wonderful they care about you and wants you to be happy and if you don't like something they will fix it!!!! But I never had a problem! Logos NFL MBL anything you want on your toes this is the shop to do it free hand paint no sticker or airbrush Tammy you're awesome

I've been going to Lux for 3 years now and I always have a great experience. The salon is very clean. Price is very cheap for such quality service. The staff is fun and friendly. Everyone speaks English, which is a plus. They even serve wine!

Started using this salon a couple of months ago. The pedicures are to die for - three choices. The prices are much better than I am used to paying and definately worth it.
