This trailer park is terrible they act like they are going to be great at first but trust me they are not great. First and foremost let me start with the so called maintenance crew, for starters my central air went out last year and still hasn't been fixed even after several calls about it. Another major issue I have with them is that my entire trailer is not plumbed correctly and because of this I have sinks that back up constantly and a toilet that basically just wont flush and just like before its been a year and after several calls nothing. As for the actual owner well lets just say she is fine unless you are a day late with rent then expect a huge late fee even if nothing has been fixed in your trailer for a year or more. So all in all I would say if you want to live in a dump where nothing works and no one is going to fix it then this is your place otherwise I would look elsewhere.
