I haven't taken a cab in several years and was in need of one last week. I dreaded it based on past experiences I have had with stoned/inebriated drivers who smoked in the filthy broken-down cab. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean late-model sedan pull up. This was a new taxi service I had not used before. The driver told me he would be there in ten minutes and was right on time. The car was immaculate.. the driver/owner very pleasant to talk to. I was very impressed and no longer dread having to call a taxi and will use Hi5 Cab whenever I need one again.

Highly recommend!! I arranged a round trip fare for my college student from campus to PWM. The fare was the best I could find and the cab was prompt and professional, even called to confirm times.
In addition, we received especially outstanding service on the return trip when one of my student's bags was misplaced at the airport after a late night arrival and the airline was shutting down and not able to help. The driver waited for my student to search for the bag and the driver called the airport office and alerted them and they found the bag later that evening. The next day the driver drove the found bag back to campus, and communicated with me as well giving me much peace of mind. A+++ service from the driver and the owner who both kept me informed. Friendly, helpful and professional, they went above and beyond expectations.
