Softouch Permanent Makeup & Laser Technologies

The atmosphere is very unprofessional. There always seems to be some type of communication errors with the scheduling. On two different occasions, I arrived on time, and had to wait a very long time. On the first occasion, they were running over 1 hour and a half behind, and the other occasion, I had to wait almost 2 and a half hours. On another occasion, I arrived just for them to tell me that they hadn't scheduled the artist for me that day, and to come back another day. The office is far from me, so all of this was very inconvenient for me. At least a phone call to notify me of their tardiness would have been appreciated.

As for the permanent makeup, I went back for several touch-ups. I am now left with splotchy, unfinished-looking results after many appointments. I also felt as though the artists did not listen to what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. I felt as though they did it the way THEY would want it done to them. Also, they are a bit rude... They kind of treat you as though they are doing you a favor, even though you are bringing them business.

One positive: the girl behind the desk is very friendly, warm and kind.

The receptionist, very friendly. The owner - loud and a know it all. She's does what she wants and doesn't listen to the customer like she should. Won't go back.

I've gotten permanent eyeliner done here. Everyone was professional and polite. The place was clean. I was nervous going in, but after I was numb I didn't feel anything. I love my eyeliner. I tell people all the time where I went and recommend they should go too.

Best place for any type of laser treatment in the Metro New Orleans area and great prices. gbush and Jessica stop hating and trying to bring others down to your level is not classy of a lady AT ALL

I found Softouch at The Esplanade Mall this past Christmas. I took a few brochures, and thought I may get permanent liner in the future. Funny, my husband bought me a certificate to get it done. I made my appointment with the Owner, Carole Dezarn. Very professional and straight to the point, which I LOVED. This is a Tattoo on my face and was thrilled with her confidence. She even said to me that she wouldnt do anything to my face she wouldnt want on hers. To say the least, I am IN LOVE with my eye liner. I now am in treatment for Laser Hair removal, and will have many other services Softouch offers.

I have been going to Softouch for almost a year for Laser Hair removal. I started with Sunny, then Mimi. I kept telling Mimi that i was feeling pain, but she just kept going, talking about inappropriate books she was reading, which I thought was very unprofessional. Last month I went in for my 6th treatment on a very sensitive area. To say the least I was a little scared. I was greeted by a very sweet lady named Angela, who told me the owner would be seeing me today.I had met Carol on a previous appointment. I told her about the experience I had had, she assured me that she would make my visit easier. I was shocked that it hardly hurt at all. I guess that is what happens when you are more worried about the client than the dirty books you read. I have now added several other areas to be lasered, as well as get my Spider Veins removed. I love this place.

I have been to other paces for hair removal. Softouch will get all my businessfor Hair and tattoo removal. I have referred my family and friends, to my surprise I recieved $250 in salon services just for referrng a service I loved.!!!!! Comfortable setting, compassionate staff, painless treatment, and availability made this the best experience for me.
