La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries

I spent a lot of money on what I thought was quality furniture so I wouldn't have any "issues ", and even paid extra for the extended warranty they raved about how it would cover anything!!!!! Well it did't cover much of anything and the reclining mechanism broke within first 6 months and now 3 additional times over the past 3 years! The main problem with this is I had to carry thd recliner to the store to be repaired each time except this last time they wanted me to carry it to BUFORD, Georgia!!!!!!!! They have lost their minds!!! Finally got them to just mail me the part needing replaced only to find out you have to have a specialty tool only they have, and no they dont send you one!!! Never again will I buy laz i boy!!!!!!! They get an F -

As of right now, I don't even want to give them one star. This whole experience has been one of the worst I have had with a furniture store. The people are friendly but other than that, they have nothing else to offer. My order was incorrect from beginning to end and I'm STILL dealing with getting it corrected. What a disappointment with a company I thought was reputable. This is probably the last time I will ever venture into a Lazy Boy store.
