Before starting my own practice in 1994, I had been handling a variety of litigation cases including products liability, medical malpractice, automobile, banking and defamation. The stress and difficulties that certain participants (clients and lawyers) seemed to experience led me to the conclusion that I wanted to help people resolve legal matters preferably by out of court settlements.
