New Best Inn

First I called to get a rate for 10 days and was offer 295 and when I arrived they said since I had a second person they had to charge 15 extra a night which would be 150 more. But some how I was charges 470, then 3 days in I was forced out of my already cleaned room by the owner so they could clean, Even though I said no I don't need the room to be cleaned. But the lack of understanding of the English language left me baffled I tried talking to the office but it was Locked at 1 o'clock on a Monday. I would rather be in a motel 6 then at a place that cant even fix their own sign. The manager put me in a room with 2 beds I'm assuming because they charged me for such and doesn't want to give my money back.

Upon arival to my room the window had a crack in it and the frame was busted, an hour later the manager came by yelling about how we broke it and threatening to call the police and kick us out. We had the option of pay more, no specific amount just whatever she could get out of us, or leave no refund. We gave her $100 to make her stop complaining, since we were tired and just wanted to sleep. Sleeping was not possible since the police came three different times that night for other guests.
