Lincare

Horrible. Do NOT do business with Lincare of Grand Rapids. They ran my sister around in circles for almost 2 months never once giving her the courtesy of a phone call. She is on 4-6 liters of oxygen a day for the past 5 years. They told her it would take 24 hours to get her set up. They needed a prescription from her doctor. It was supplied. They said they didn't get it. He faxed another one they said it wasn't good enough, they needed another test. She did that also. Then they said it was Medicare's fault that Medicare wanted more. After another week of hearing nothing she called again and they said they did not service her area after they said they did. After telling them that they were going to be reported to Medicare they all of a sudden had referred her to another Lincare office who also had not contacted her. My sister is in the end stage of Pulminary Fibrosis and doesn't have enough oxygen left to get to the ER. Thanks Lincare I won't even refer my worst enemy to you
