Comfort Heating and Air

We have had very good experiences with Comfort Heating and Air. His prices have been reasonable and his repairs have held up, even on our two very old units. I called him this morning about a buzzing in one of the units and he was here within an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

I was having problems with my old heat pump of 14 years and the company I had the contract with kept replacing parts, thermostat but the problem of its constant running was never fixed. I asked if I needed a new heat pump and they said it was still working okay. Of course they weren't paying my electric bill.



I spoke with Ed one morning about my problem and he came an inspected the unit and it needed more repairs and parts that were supposed to have been replaced. Ed was very honest and said it was time to replace the unit. I am very glad I did my electric bill has decreased significantly.



If Ed hadn't come to inspect my old unit I still would probably be paying extra for parts and unnecessary services from the other company until the heat simply died and then they would have recommended it was time to replace.



Ed Scyoc is a very upfront, honest person, is always available if I have any questions or concerns and did an excellant job in replacing the new heat pump and providing routine service.



If you are looking for honesty and integrity in a business I would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Air to anyone needing to replace or service their heat pump.

Very dishonest contractor. Compromised our system and it ended up going out completely then told us we needed a new unit. We ended up having someone else come out and fixed the unit for 1/8 of the cost of getting a whole new unit. I have also heard of other stories from other people who used him...same type issue. DONT USE!!!
