        Customers Be Aware !!!!!! I have used them for several years to do my oil change. The last couple of times the service was HORRIBLE. They do a rush job and do not communicate with the customer about any findings during the oil change. I always get the full service. After leaving I looked at my service paper and several things they noted wrong but never spoke to me about them. One in particular is a "Broken Dip Stick" How can you complete the service with the dip stick broken? I checked my oil right before taking my car in so I know this was something that occurred during the service. The technician said nothing to me about it. I called back and the manager said they could fix it at my expense. I will NEVER use them again.

        lousy service

        This place sucks!!!!!! It took them 3 hours to change my oil and put on a serpentine belt after I was told it would take 30 minutes. I was given the same run around as the majority of other customers i.e "your oil is nasty" "you need an engine flush" Apparently everyone on that particular day needed an engine flush. They wanted me to pay over 1200.00 to tune up both my cars. I will never again stray from McDos.
