Robinson Limo was referred by a client. I travel for my work. I needed a reliable consistent pickup. I have used Robinson Limo many times now. They are on time, good price compared to others, and easy to schedule with. I would recommend them.

I was given Ken's number buy a friend, my family needed a ride to the airport. I called Ken a scheduled a pickup. He was 15 minutes early, he came in a large clean black cadillac escalade. It fit my family, 2 adults, 3 children, and lots of luggage. He handled all the bags and the trip was very calm. As some of you know it's hard to travel with kids at times, his help made this a great experience. Thank you Ken, I will use your service again.

My family and I were just treated to a truly great experience. We called Ken to take us to the airport for our vacation.We were taking our 2 sons and our parents who are elderly.Ken was a real gentleman and handled our transportation so professionally. Our sons were thirsty, Ken had bottled water in the car for them. My Mother was cold from the fierce wind chill. Ken heated her seat and had a comfy , soft blanket to keep her extra warm.

We were wondering why Ken arrived 15 minutes early. He said: "I make it my policy that I wait for you, so you never have to wait for me." The Cadillac Escalade he drove was big and roomy, so everyone was really comfortable.

When we returned from our trip, Ken was waiting at the bottom of the escalator with a sign that had our name on it, so we wouldn't miss him.He had a cart and helped us with all our baggage. He is very friendly and made us feel like one of his family.

We commented on his excellent driving skills and found out that he also captains a boat ,as well as pilots a plane.We felt very safe in his hands.

We would not hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone who needs transportation. We will certainly call him again.

Several days ago my wife, 2 sons and myself called Ken and asked him to pick us up at 6 AM at my house to get to the airport. When he arrived at 6:10, we were rushing out of the house and scrambled to put our stuff in his Escalade, but he didn't help us, further delaying our departure. After we strongly suggested that he take the expressway to the Airport, he refused, and took City Line instead (coming from Wynnewood), which made us even later to the airport. If this wasn't enough, his Escalade ran low on gas approximately 10 minutes before our arrival at the Airport, which slowed us up even further. While we planned on arriving at around 6:25-6:30, his late arrival and odd route choices made it so we arrived at 7:10 making it impossible to catch our 8:30 flight. To make matters worse, the car smelled bad and Ken was talkative the whole time, which upset my sleep-deprived family as much as it upset me. We were somehow fortunate enough to catch a plane flight down later that day, and when we returned, Ken was slated to be our driver. Ken showed up at the baggage terminal 45 minutes late, took the long route home again and further annoyed us with his numbing chatter. After that trip, I promised my family that I would never subject them to a nightmare like that again, so I'll so the same to you. I would highly recommend that you avoid using Ken at all costs as he is unreliable, inefficient, lazy, and annoying.
