        Overall

        This place is a scam. They send dogs to WAHS to be euthanized, so that "technically" they can claim to be "no kill." The Board of Directors is a joke- bunch of cronies and related people who are mostly ignorant and uneducated. I wonder where the donations really go. The director spends about an hour a day there and never enters the kennel area.
