        Overall

        Very bad service. The staff was cold and denied their frame is defective. They don't care their customers at all! So they will not only one customer, all my family and my friend will know their bad service.

        Fantastic staff!

        This place has the best staff ever!! They are ALL so helpful. I don't wear glasses but my twins do.. therefore, I know NOTHING about glasses or contacts! They never act like my stupid questions are stupid!!
