        If I was there more than 8 hours, I would've left. I placed a call for reservation and I was never put in the system. I made the clerk aware earliest I would arrive was 9 pm, with a small child and a dog. Go figure, he didn't have a first floor room, I did fail to mention my disability child + dog = 1st floor, Nope! I had to haul steps,no elevators. Room smelled of dog urine, mirrors haven't been cleaned in months, I carry cleaners so I can kill some germs to keep us healthy. At midnight we had to have a Stanger in the room with 2 ladies and a child because our television wouldn't work. No rest for the weary, dirty n stressful..although front desk stranger was kind.
