We’re writing to express our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to Tom Brown and Pleasant Hill Construction for their outstanding work in rebuilding our home after suffering a devastating house fire in March 2016. Luckily, we were referred to Tom Brown, a Beverly resident, by a close family friend. Tom immediately began to help make sense of the complicated homeowner's insurance process that was to follow. Tom and his company have vast insurance knowledge, explained every step with the insurance company to us and worked with them on our behalf. Pleasant Hill Construction filed all necessary building permits and began working as soon as they were able.
The work was completed within a few months as promised with great attention to detail, nothing was overlooked and no short cuts were taken. In the end, the house passed every necessary inspection with flying colors because of the quality work the contractors did.
