Jasper Thompson Lightning Protection

Over the past two weeks I have left 5 messages with the owner, Mr. Thompson on his direct number to try to get an estimate. Of those 5 messages he returned ZERO of my calls which was very frustrating! I expressed how my gates keep getting hit by lightning costing me a fortune each time to fix. There’s no excuse for not taking 2 minutes to call a person back.

On my 2nd call, I was able to actually reach Mr. Thompson and he promised to call me back the next morning to either come out to do an estimate that day, or to schedule a good time. Despite his promise, he never called me back and he ignored all of my subsequent messages! Getting nowhere, on my last message I expressed how upset I was and that if he didn’t have the courtesy and decency to keep his promise and call me back, then I’d post my experience on the Web. Apparently, he didn’t care as that was two days ago. This man apparently doesn’t need my business, and my bet is he won’t need yours either.
