Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

I waited for over an hour to get my fabric cut. There was a line of 13 before me. They only had a few people working on the counter, and they had room to service more people. Not pleased.

I understand Joanne's is primarily a craft store and that even in the old days when we had Cloth World, Hancock's, & Edith's- Joanne's always had the worst and most expensive/overpriced fabrics...ALWAYS a ton of overpriced polyester garbage! I understand many people stopped sewing for many years, but there is now a resurgence of the sewing craft and nowhere to purchase decent fabrics. If I'm going to spend my time making an item, it will not be made out of the throwaway junk at Joanne's.

Do not, for any reason, go into their restroom. It is disgusting. I wish there was still a Hancock's so that Joann's would have to respect their customers or "else". Sad.
