Knoxville World Class Taxi

I had a VERY disturbing experience today and was not even using a taxi service! As i was on my way home on Chapman Hwy, A lady driving Van #1 was texting and swerving back and forth into my lane and also across the center line. She then came into my lane so far that i had to move off the side of the road and honked my horn. I was going to let it go, but for another mile she proceeded to drive all over the road. I called the number on the van to let them know.... well they called her, she knew she had run me off the road, so she then pulled next to me and rolled her passenger window down and began yelling a cussing at me from the driver seat... swerving while doing so! What an unprofessional driver.

Horrible horrible not honest people! I never saw the driver good thing I cought another ride or I would still be standing there! The lady on the phone said it would be 20 min, one hour later I called back.... She said he is around the corner she also said he will call me .....nope nothing it was cold outside I was mad!
