Simoniz Car Wash

Horrible business!! I took my 2003 Acura RSX there and immediately after noticed that my 3 of my four wheels had large spots where the clear coat had came off during the wash and they looked awful. I reported it to the manager and they had some district representative meet with me a few days later to assess the damage and she said that the damage was from gradual sun fade! I had just cleaned my wheels before going through their carwash and it was definitely not there then! And it was obvious from the ways she was saying it that she didn't believe it was really from the sun! DON'T GO!!!! (by the ways this is my first ever complaint online because I've never been screwed by a business so bad before so I felt obligated to pay it forward and maybe prevent someone in the future from getting their wheels ruined too!)
