Will not give you anything real for pain they treat people like junkies I will never go to that place again after 3 shots in the ass I could not walk after they got done even had mri not had nothing for pain in a year but the lady Dr still refused to give anything narcotic pain meds very rude people not any help!

There is no Rate for UT Hospital ER THEY CAN'T TELL WHO NEEDS BE SEEN FIRST. WE TOOK MY MOTHER IN LAW TONIGHT AND WE WAS THERE FOR 21/2 HOURS to GO BACK in the ER ROOM AND WE STILL have to WAIT IN the LOBBY. I WENT UP AND ASK THEM HOW MUCH LONGER. THEY TOLD ME ABOUT 1-21/2 MORE HOURS. SHE HAS VERGO EVERY BAD THAT SHE is SICK. I TOLD THEM THAT SHE FEELS like GOING PASSOUT THEY TOLD ME JUST DON'T LET HER STAND up.

Pitiful. We were passed over and forgotton about for three hours!!!!! When i finally went to see why people that were coming in after us were getting taken care of i was met with sarcasm and smart assed comments only to then be appologized to because my wifes paperwork was lost!!!!! I will never go to the hallowed UT hospital again. They are very unprofesional and unorganized.

My sister is in rm 455. Yesterday 5/5/16 I went to visit her and her nurse Ali went above and beyond her job description to ensure the happiness of her patient. Ms. Ali went to cafeteria with her own hard earned money and bought my sister a cheeseburger, fries, drink and fruit bowl which she didn't have to do. She did this all because my sister ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and fruit bowl with Dr. Pepper and was not in the room when lunch was served. The dietary employee brought lasagna veggies and unsweet tea without ice. Which was clearly not what my sister had ordered. Ms.Ali registered nurse that works on fourth floor south should be awarded EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR she truly is an amazing, loving, and caring nurse. Very pleased

Worst experience at a hospital ever...



-doctors /nurses did not know their left arm vs their right arm, their communication was nonexistent



- my mother was given a heart monitor and not told how to use it, for how many days or who the doctor was that requested her to wear it.



- my mother was scheduled to have a needle biopsy in the morning 8 am (NPO) nothing to drink/eat than the procedure was delayed until 3 pm with my mother still not allowed to drink/ eat the time came for her to have procedure the radiologist stated he would do the procedure the next morning after my mother sat their in a gown at the radiology dept almost 9 hours without anything to drink or eat not including the hours the night before she did not drink or eat and than was not given procedure....that should be a hippa/state violation.....



This hospital does not care if u live or die...ur just a body to fill their beds and I saw it first hand!!



This hospital and arrogant staff should be shut down period.

The staff seriously needs to work on their bedside manner. My 18 yr old sister was just in a car accident and lost her bf of 3 yrs. I have never met so many rude people in one night. Especially the lady doing check out and judging us for not having an id for her or being able to pay anything at the time. She did not expect to be in the ER, and she did not expect to lose a loved one. Show some empathy...jesus

I would like to extend my most heartfelt thanks to the physicians, nurses, and all staff involved with the treatment of my mother Ada Bosi, who died at your facility on 6/513. If anyone could have saved her it would have been the team of doctor's I worked with that day. Unfortunately, she did not get the right treatment at the facility she was transferred from and by the time they received her it was too late. All that were involved helped me to make that horrendous decision to stop all treatment and allow my mother to die peacefully. God bless all of you. Sandra.
