All Pro Plumbing has always done a GREAT job of taking care of my plumbing issues quickly, and hassle free. They even wear the boot covers to keep my house clean while they fix our issues. Couldn't ask for better service!

As a military wife caring for the family and home, life can be very challenging. Little problems are somehow viewed as complete disasters when you have a husband in a foreign war-ridden country. When we had a leak (in a wall, nonetheless), I thought it was truly the end of the world. I grabbed the number of the first plumbing company that came up (All-Pro) on my Google search...I am so glad it was All-Pro.



Kim was so reassuring and informative on the phone. She had someone dispatched to our home and the problem was identified and fixed before I knew it!



I was impressed with the plumbers' professionalism (they even gave us proof of their licenses and insurance)! The plumbers were well groomed and they didn't mind the millions of fears and questions about the whole process that I had.



I know it was a fluke that I called them first, but now they are definitely my go-to plumbers and also my go-to people if I need a referral suggestion for any other type of home maintenance that we have (which happens a lot)! They know the best businesses in town to trust!



I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs!

Excellent!!! I first called due to a busted pipe at Mom's house. Terry came right out and saved the day. Very professional and it cost less than I thought. Then they did a great job on our bathroom remodel. I always recommend All Pro when anyone has plumbing issues.

All-Pro Plumbing proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The two young men that originally came to our house to find a leak were friendly, which was nice. I got over that awkward feeling of having these guys I didn't know in my house. They had a hard time finding the leak and immediately called Terry, who came over quickly to assist them. They found the cause and had everything fixed up that day. It really was a pleasure to have had them do the work. Even the calls I made to set up the appointment was scheduled for the next day and the ladies, Kim and another, I spoke with were charming and helpful also. We will rely on All-Pro Plumbing from here on out. They made this difficult experience an easy one. Thank you Terry and Kim!

I noticed a pipe leaking in my garage, so we gave All-Pro Plumbing a call. They answered the phone (a pleasant surprise when expecting a message machine) and had someone out the next day. They called to ask if it would be acceptable to come early, before the scheduled time window - perfect! I The truck rolls up (with clear logo on the side) and Terry came to the door in his uniform. He was very polite and professional.



He went through and looked at the problem, and provided a detailed written quote for a few repair options with what materials would be used for each. He explained all of them to me. The quote would've cost $25 if I didn't have him do any work, which is a great deal considering he had to go through the crawlspace to see some of the plumbing. He did not pressure me to do the work that day, instead he just wrote the total as $25 at the bottom of the quote and seemed prepared to either stay to work or leave only doing the quote if I desired.



The shock was the price quoted (it was about double compared to what I had expected); however, I thought the fix would be a 20 minute job and Terry was here for just about 3 hours and had to replace a lot of stuff in the crawlspace. While other plumbers charge by hour of labor/cost of materials, All-Pro charges by the job. I think I would've ended up paying the same with the cheap plumber I had used before, who would give a fantastically low quote but then send a surprise huge bill a week later - which charged double the amount of hours he actually worked (so to clarify, the other cheap plumber would lie about the time spent on the job, so we would be paying a ton of money. Also, even when asked the cheap plumber would not provide any kind of paperwork/no written quote/no form showing arrival and departure time - that way he could just lie about the time and there is no written proof stating otherwise from us). Anyway, All-Pro has a more honest and up-front way of doing business which is rare and very appreciated!!!



Their work and parts are under warranty for 90 days - which also gives me a lot of piece of mind. Very satisfied - the work looks fantastic, professional and courteous service, guaranteed work, and I'm sure others agree as All-Pro has zero BBB complaints - impressive!



I'll be using them again!

The several times All-Pro has done work for me, I felt like I was watching a television commercial. The owner, tidily uniformed, pleasantly explained exactly what he was going to do to solve our problems. When we accepted his quote, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I know nothing about plumbing, but I know enough about people to trust him and to believe he has great knowledge and skill in his field.
