Durah pools saved my summer! I wasn't aware of this pool store and I have been from Allentown to Lehighton at many other well known places that just couldn't get the green out. I had already added 20+ gallons of liquid chlorine when I found Durah pools! they were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind. I went in there with other print outs, a water sample, and everything I had tried so far, swamp treat was the answer that no one else had suggested! Durah pools you are my one and only place from now on! Did I mention they have a punch card, for savings, you can't beat this place!
This is Durah Pools responding to the negative comments. Please do not judge our business by the negativity posted. There are always two sides to every story...whether it be, customer is demanding, demeaning or just an unhappy person. We ALWAYS treat our customers with respect and always try to resolve issues if one should arise, but we do not allow someone to come in and cause scenes just to get something for nothing. There are those people that no matter what you do or say, will always be a difficult person to work with. Thank you

I have been a loyal customer for years. This staff is always so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to shop there! I bought my pool and spa from them, and would again in a heartbeat!
Bought a hot tub, wanted to pick it up ourself, they were not even there at the time we were told to come pick it up. Parking lot was not even plowed. Will never buy from them again.

I am certainly sorry you had a bad experience, so much so that you would list it online! Did you work with us to resolve this problem? You never even voiced your complaint to us. We had no idea you were upset, you just ran to the internet to slander our name. If the weather is inclimate, the store does not open. We do not take customer's phone numbers home with us. So if there is a snowstorm and we cannot make it in, no, the lot will not be plowed, and we will contact you to arrange another p/u date the following day.
They gave no info on how to care for pool, they left our yard a total discrase....

I apologize that you feel you had an unpleasant experience with our store. Did you even contact us about what you felt was your issue? It seems that people are so quick to jump to online complaints without even attempting to settle the problem offline. Like any construction job where excavation is necessary, the yard will be disheveled. We don't do landscaping, we make the customer aware of this, and there are cards in the store of landscapers if you choose to go that way rather than do it yourself. We give booklets on how to care for the pool, and are available 7 days a week for info, whether you call or come in. We even do FREE WATER TESTING. We are more than happy to assist with pool care, BUT WE HAVE TO KNOW YOU NEED HELP! Otherwise, how would we know you have questions if you do not ask??
