I have a chipped tooth and gum problem, but no dental pain. Aspen has good reviews and a good BBB rating, so I chose them. After the x-ray and exam, they said I needed a crown and gum treatment
I paid in full, which included a home care kit that I did not know about, or request.
In the middle of the Gum treatment, while my mouth was numb, they asked me for $500 more. They kept pushing me and I felt that I had no choice, so I agreed. The gum treatment wasn't correctly done. My gums are still bleeding after a month. I asked for my money back for the gum treatment and gave it back.
The build-up for the crown didn't cause pain during and after the procedure. A week later, after they installed the temporary crown, I suffered over two weeks of pain. While all this is going on I had a headache, high blood pressure, and chest pain from tooth pain and stress.
Finally I complained to customer service, so they said they'll do a root canal. They also gave me the $500 back.
It took over month to complete. My experience here was a nightmare. I need to see another dentist but I'm so terrified.
Patients should have the right to write good, or bad, reviews. I tried twice, to post this review on Aspen's National website, but they haven't posted it yet.

Worst cleaning I ever had in my life. I have braces and was told I did not need to to get my bracket remove for the cleaning because they could do it with them on. First I had to ask for glasses they were spraying water all over me. Then I had to ask to get suction done felt like I was drowning. She half clean, kept getting the tools stuck in my tooth, didn't floss at all. Then on top of that I was suppose to get a filling so she drilled it my tooth before ever looking at x-rays then after I complain about the pain she says, "oh let me look at the x-rays and says you need a root conial" now I have a temporary filling in. I will find another dentist, will not go back there.
