Aspen Dental

I have and continue to have huge problems with this place. I am not going to go into all the details like the other reviewers, but I strongly advise that if you have any other choice than Aspen Dental, please take it. If you have no other choice, still don't go because you would be better off with an ice skate like Tom Hanks in the movie Cast Away. Seriously don't go there!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!First of all you will pay fully twice what you will pay elsewhere!! I wish I had done more research before I went there. I had to have 24 extractions,they put NO stitches in,just shoved healing dentures in my mouth and sent me home. I bled the whole 45 minute drive home. Then when it came time for the final delivery of my permanent dentures,the lower fit fine they put the uppers in and they fell out after several times of trying they finally concluded they didn't fit. AT ALL!! Did I mention I went for the top of the line dentures for what THEY claimed would be a comfortable fit,and did I mention they cost $7000.00!!! These upper dentures weren't even close to fitting! So they decide they are going to have to remake them,which took another month to get in and low and behold,these didnt fit well either. So in following 3 months I have had no less than 5 DIFFERENT pairs of hands in my mouth, I had to go back 5 times to try to get these uppers to fit properly,my FINAL appointment was Decenber 3rd. The uppers DO NOT STAY SECURE WITHOUT GLUING THEM IN! I PAID $7000.00 FOR DENTURES THAT WON'T STAY SECURE. I TELL THIS TO THE DENTIST,again after the 5th time of complaing about this fit,and this SOB has the GAUL to say to me and I Quote" WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT'!! Either make these work or remake them!! I GOT NEITHER!!!Was told there is no more they can do for me. They state we're not happy till you are happy.Well I'm here to tell you that is a flippin LIE!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU AND THAT IS ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it's just this place in general. I'm sure it's all Aspen Dentals. They are strictly about money & they make sure they get it, up front, no if's, and's, or but's!! I had tooth pain, got xray's, didn't get anything done, of course because that's not how they do things, like a normal dentist office! I had to first pay $2500 & set up 3 appointments to get a cleaning, root canal, fillings, ANOTHER cleaning all within 2 months!!! You only need your teeth cleaned every 6 months folks!!! Don't think that just because they can get you in that day, they're going to help you. They're not, trust me!! I ended up cancelling everything & will take my Care Credit & business elsewhere!

Horrible Customer Service. Their Dentest's are extremly rude. I had my appointment to repair a painful tooth canceller the day before I was scheduled to come in. The next available appointment they offered me was over a month away.

I went in for what I thought was a simple cleaning. It took over an hour to do xrays. Then they had me sit in a dentist chair where I watched 2 tv shows because no one came to see me. Then a person that looked about 22 came over and looked in my mouth and said you are fine, go schedule your cleaning. I spent over 2 hours in the place and not even a cleaning. Then they had me go sit down with people that check you out and who try to upsell you in to different services. I told them I wanted my xrays, and to never have to come back to their office again. If you don't mind being ignored, then having a teenager look in your mouth and tell you nothing, then have some sales people try to work on you.. then this is your place. Go to a regular dentist, if it costs more on your insurance take the more expensive option.. there is a reason why this is a "bargain".
