Really can't even give it a one star rating. There ploy to get you in the door is free for 1st time customers is free examine and xray if you don't have insurance. Yhey lied to me on the phone & promised after the xray & exam they would fix my chipped tooth in the front. What a joke! After I spent 45 minutes filling out there paperwork they lied & said they would have to schedule my tooth being filled another day! I ened up going to Affordable Dental & being in the chair only 30 minutes. They did an excellent job & they take payments as well!In & out the same day with only one appointment. AFFORDABLE DENTAL on Lafayette much better place!!!!!

I was a walk in that was having pain. They seen me right away and even extracted the tooth same day. I didn't get paid until Friday so they billed me for the cost. I'm so grateful they helped me out and made me at ease. I highly reccomend dr smith to everyone!!!

I just had my wisdom teeth taken out there I'm in no pain today and the appointment was quick and comfortable also I appreciated the office girl gave me a payment plan!

I was very surprised of how professional and pleasant everyone was at Aspen Dental. I have heard mixed reviews, but I had a great experience! Jill at the front desk was very personable and always in a wonderful mood. Erika who took my xrays was very nice and efficient. She went above and beyond to help me with my gag reflex while doing xrays. I dont remember the hygeinist name but she was also very nice even though she hurt my gums. Dr. Smith seemed like she really cared and I was important. She helped me get over my fear and talked to me not at me. The finance girl Trisha really helped me understand my options too! I would reccomend them to everyone!!! Thanks Aspen in Avon!!!

The doctor (Dr Smith) was so knowledgable and professional. All the ladies there made me feel comfortable and at ease. This was by far the most informative dental appt I have ever been to!
