Aspen Dental

In all of my 56 years I have never encountered a dentist practice this bad. My viewpoint of Aspen Dental is very low and it should not be operating at all. They purposely jacked up the estimate, claiming I was non-preventative. I went to a different dentist a year ago. I was dealing with blindness during 2022 not allowing me to go for my six month check up. I couldn’t believe the lady she hand me the piece of paper and says you can pay 580 a month for like five years or $1000+a month. I am disabled, and on a fixed income. I went to a family owned business that had five star ratings and rave reviews, their estimate was $14000 LESS. Aspen wanted $21000. I’m going to report them for ripping off old people.

Do not go here! They will get you in quickly for X-rays to hook you but will make you wait for treatment. The faculty is clean but disorganized. I had to keep calling to follow up after they told me they would call back within the next few business days. After two weeks of repeated messages and calls I finally got to speak with someone who then told me It would be a month before I could be seen. CRAZY! I did go in initially for tooth pain and now it will be 6 weeks before they can make an appointment for me. They drop the ball amd want me to take time off work to trust them with treatment?? Did I mention she wanted me to pay for the appointment over the phone! They were very cordial and polite but completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t be surprised if the dentists employed here even have a clue how poorly administrated this place is. They made no effort to rectify their mistake or to keep my business. It’s very unfortunate.

I was happy with the dentures Dr G. had made for me but I found out for as much as I paid and I even got a loan for my nice dentures,I went to him because my bottom dentures were way too loose and uppers too!! So that meant I had to pay out of pocket to get them reclined which I could not afford.He did offer me a deal and no I haven't forgotten it. But now I have to glue my teeth in ten times a day,I just feel it is unfair that there is no help at all...I guess money talks..but I will say the dentures are still nice but the glue is getting expensive!!! I meant reclined!! Would I go back..sure if I get the money..lol

Do not go there! Overall an awful experience! It is nothing more than moving a person through like cattle for money. I called a month ago with horrible pain and had to wait for a new patient appointment. They caused me more pain and did nothing to help me. The girl who took my x-rays was a horrible human being. She gave no bothers to the pain I was in and only wanted to cause more. Don't believe them when they say walk in welcome. While waiting almost 45 minutes to get in two people came in complaining of pain and we're sent away. When I had gone there in the past the staff was kind and gentle. That is no longer the case. Now they are filled with angry people who are extremely rude. Find another dentist ! Don't go there!

Had a tooth extracted on Friday the 13th! Everyone was very professional & and very courteous, Bad as it is to have a tooth extracted, it was a very good experience. Would highly recommend them!
