Aspen in Middletown NY is a joke! Had to scedule 3 different appointments to get all the work done! Not complicated work either. A filling, wisdom tooth extraction and cleaning. 3 separate appointments is completely insane it can all be done in one time! Not to mention I had to make the exam appointment too so 4 in total. Also they decided on the filling appointment to call me that day and say they are closing early and have to move my appointment...hello I work I can't just me moved like that so I had to rescedule a month later. Then a week later they call again telling me they moved that same rescheduled appointment 2 week's early. Apsen please tell me what's the point in sceduleing with you if you just move it anyway. NEVER GOING BACK HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF APPOINTMENT IS RIDICULOUS!

Ok, oh!! Cool no charge for new customer full mouth xray! But we are going to give you a rotary toothbrush charging you $152 without telling you. $1438.00 for a cleaning? Go back 2 weeks later with extreme pain, $100 for 1 xray! After 10 minutes watch doctor try to figure out the xray software she tells me i need to go somewhere else for a root canal! Good thing i did!!!! Cause i didn't need a root canal on that tooth! My wisdom tooth 2 teeth over was abscessed. Oops. Then i go in for an itemized bill to see what i spent $1400 on. In the notes says i called in pain that day, "LoL". Yeah they were laughing at me while i spent 10 minutes in the chair waiting for he doctor to figure out xray software,telling me my problem is the wrong tooth, paying for stuff i don't even know I'm paying for. The first time I went there I needed three teeth extracted, and thank god the doctor asked me before he pulled them out because they had written it backwards... he almost took out the wrong teeth! Then the second time I went back, the same guy who wrote my chart backwards, was screaming at me front of my son and told me I was going to loose all my teeth by the time I was 30. But he was so rude and angry. He frightend my 9yr old so bad we had to leave. Don't ever go there! They are absolutely aweful.

Terrible. After calling and explaining my situation, they would not repair or even look an my fathers dentures. He is 81 years old. Had to go to another place and they fixed it immetiately.
