(UPDATE) It's been 10 months since my 2 dogs were killed at THIS kennel. I've been told 3 different stories from the owner of what happened, I know there's a forth (THE TRUTH ) that I will never get. The owner (BOB) would rather drag me thru the courts with his high priced lawyer than to do the RIGHT thing. BEWARE if your pet dies there BOB will just throw out some crocodile tears in front of people then ignore the incident," OH WELL" and let his lawyer take care of it. "PET LOVER" I think not. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Our dogs were there for a week for boarding. Our Yorkie came home with an eye infection and bloody diarrhea. It started the day after she came home. They did not inform us she was sick.

Having entrusted our 2 boys to you and returning home with NEITHER, I cannot restfully give you anything but the lowest rating. You need to update your kennels, train your TEENS and young adults that you leave to tend to your business. Grafton needs to inspect you on a regular basis to make sure your cages are SECURE and dogs are unable to discharge themselves from. After all, ISN'T that the mere point of having them INSIDE THE CAGE? You need to clearly have separate sections for LARGE and SMALL breeds. You should screen the animals that will be staying with you a little better and possibly if they have NEVER stayed with you...put them in an area that watches them for a period of time. Since you claim there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS anywhere in your facility may I suggest that you load up. This way, there will no speculation that "YOU WERE'NT DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT". MOST IMPORTANTLY AND I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH...CONSTANT SUPERVISION OF ALL ANIMALS AT ALL TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!! Cameras on every section and more than ONE person working and ENTIRE KENNEL. Mistakes and accidents this LARGE will not occur or may have a different outcome for sure if there are eyes everywhere. None of this will work though, if Gibsons, does NOT take every precaution they can, everyday, at all times. Treat every moment as though something could happen. This was your business. In my eyes you don't deserve to be open. The insincerity is disturbing. You really don't want me on the cameras telling them everything you've told us since we tried to pick the boys up. Your story has changed 3 times. Have you had enough time now to work out the bugs in your story? It is still very unclear to me how if all 3 dogs are outside running around in a large area, 2 of them fighting for their lives. Yelping like crazy I'M POSSITIVE!!!!! No one would see or hear a thing? How even if the Husky was banging on her cage why you didn't attend to that immediately? Why you ignored that and let it get to the point where she broke free of a METAL CAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bob your story has so many holes in it, it's very clear to people. If one thing comes out of this, it's that NO ONE returns there with their animals. If for no other reason than the shear nature that these questions are nagging at them. Please, don't reply to this posting, I'm not interested in yet another "story". I've clearly heard enough and the outcome is still the same. P. S. this post and myself were blocked from their site...truth hurts.

My dogs have been going to Gib...

My dogs have been going to Gibson Kennels almost since they opened. Bob and the crew take such great care of them that I can take vacation worry-free. Riggs looks forward to getting his ritual welcome from Bob, which included him getting on the floor and letting Riggs lick his face. And if you're like me -- a worried mom -- don't worry, Gibson takes just as good of care of the "parents" as they do the dogs. I highly recommend Gibson's and so do my dogs!!!
