Amazing staff, amazing customer service and amazing products! Only good things to say about this Francesca's!

Horrible customer service. Ignored by both ladies working for 10 minutes as they stood around cash register talking to each other. Made eye contact multiple times but was still not greeted. When I was greeted finally, it was brief and she seemed uninterested in actually helping me as she was more focused on putting out new jewelry and purses. When I was ready to check out, I stood at the register for a few minutes as they continued their conversation in the back corner by the fitting rooms. One lady appeared to be the manager or in charge, and was facing me as I waited and keep talking for another few minutes before helping. I've had way better experiences at the other Francesca's I have been too, but I have to say this was one of the worst. I know they have a "promise" or sales technique they are supposed to follow that requires them to greet and help each customer (duh, customer service/sales), but it seems they were more interested in themselves than the customers in the store (there were around 10 others in the store throughout my experience).
