Spring Pointe

This a bad place to live. In 2012 there were three breakins and neither the management office Braemar or SpringPointe did anything to in put any security at this place. The onsite manager is lazy and usually is either sleeping in his apt. He only does things when he knows the management company is coming for a visit. The people who live at Springpointe do nothing but gossip and tell lies on other residents. Do not move into this place. The Summers is so bad with kids in the pool that residents who want peace and quiet can't even go down to the pool till the kids are gone. There use to be rules about hours for all guests but the manager went on a tyrant and tore the sign down. Now it is just a free for all.
