Has state of the art equipment, a fitness oriented demeanor and strong fight team. Everyone who actively uses the gym is happy with it and recommends to friends! I've been going in and out over 5 years and am signed happily for a year contract (more affordable rates for longer term!).

I have been going to this gym for two years, and they have been nothing but kind and respectful to me, my friends that I've referred and my family who visits. I look forward to kickboxing every time I walk in the doors. It's nice being respected as a female fighter, whereas most places aren't as open to equal opportunity in the ring. Brian and his trainers have been nothing but kind to me, and I thank them all for the skills I've learned there.

This is a bad place for kids. There are a lot scary people in there. It is a money hungry business.
