Tri county roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were on time they they worked quick knew their job cleaned up all the mess, no tacks on the ground. I have not had any problems with the roof. I would, and have recommended Try County Roofing to other people.

To start I had a hole in my roof due to the ice storm.It took Tri county roofing 54 days to fix my roof.On three diffrent occasions I was told my house was the priority . Apparently not because no one ever showed up.

Horrible experience with this company. They have no respect for the customer. Never heard from them once they finally showed up. Job took longer than I was told 1 day and it turned into 3 days. No call from anyone with the company to let me know what was going on. The works would just show up and not let you know they were there. When I called to see what was going on I was accused of being a difficult customer. If you want a company that values it customers don't use this company.

Apparently they don't want my business. I called a few weeks ago and set up an appointment to have a wind inspection done on my roof. I had an appointment set for 9:30am on one of my very few and far between days off of work. I got up ea...rly on my day off to make sure I was available and nothing. Three hours later I called the office and they told me that the only guy that does those inspections (who also happens to be the operations manager) was tied up and most likely would not make it that day. They then took my name and number (which they already had) and said that the inspector would call me back to reschedule. I hung up and immediatly called the general manager who I left a message for explaining my complaint and asked for him to call me back. Now two days later I still have not heard from either of these people so I called the general manager AGAIN and AGAIN had to leave a voice mail. STILL NO RETURNED CALL. I thought I was trying to give my business to a professional company. I planned on paying them to do the inspection and in the near future paying them to replace my roof. Like I said, I guess my business/money is not good enough for them. I have since set up another inspection with a different company who will now get my business. Mr Hawkins, don't bother to call me unless you plan on working around my schedule this time and giving me the inspection I was to get for free. Other wise I will pay someone who will show up when they are supposed to.

I used Tri County Roofing to do my roof after i was reffered to them by my friend at the gym. They were so reliable and prompt. I was very impressed with the service, the amount of time they spent before any work was started by going over the warranties and details, and the crew that came and completed the work. I had several other companies come and they all tried to take advantage of me because i was a woman and tried high pressure sales and scare tactics but my representative was strait to the point and very detailed. i will defiantley refer them out as they were refered to me. This company is one that focuses on integrity and they did exactly what they said with no changes in price or problems.
