        Overall

        Made silk based carpets feel like cheap industrial carpet and only improved 15% of the premarked stains.

        Not impressed... spent a grand total of 15 mins on 3 large rooms in my house. Should have bought a cleaner and done it myself for the money I spent. They offered to come back and do it again, which is why I gave them the second star. Instead of appeasing me and doing the job again, he asked me which areas I was unsatisfied with. Then they just went over those spots again. Not impressed.
