Excellent job. They called me back in minutes after I made a query. I made an appointment and then received a few follow up text explaining what prep needed to be done and what shower drain to use. All questions were answered promptly. Great communication all the way. The actual hot mop install was quick and efficient and really well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was the first time I have redone my shower and so I was not too familiar with prepping for a hot mop. Steve owner of Best Ever Water Proofing was so helpful with pictures and directions. I was nervous that it was going to be done correctly on my end before they showed up but it was. Very happy with the outcome. Steve is a tru e professional and a great guy too.

We had our new shower pan hot mopped last week and couldn't be happier with the experience. The company was very communicative, giving me a quote over the phone that they stuck to, and calling when the guy who did the work left his previous job to let me know of his timeline.
