The owner of this gym, Tony, is a snake. Very caring and always contactable when he wants money from you, texting/ calling multiple times a day to get me to sign, renew, buy supplements etc.

I’m from Australia and was working in California. Project ended and I had to leave with little notice. I called and texted Tony on the way to the airport with no response. I’ve called every 2 weeks for the last 7 months, still no response. Every month I’m paying and I haven’t even been in the country.

His staff are very nice, mainly because they’re naive of Tony’s ways when they first start, but it doesn’t take long to figure it out. He has a high turnover in staff for this reason.
Every time I call, his staff are sympathetic and tell me that they’ll make sure Tony gets the message. I’m certain he gets the message but it ends there.

I don’t know what to do next to get my membership canceled, given that I’m in Australia. If anyone has advice, I’d appreciate it.
